Base conversion includes

  • Sheet mulch and grading of the existing lawn
  • New soil for garden beds (60% of total yard area)
  • Mulch for pathways and patios (40% of total yard area)
  • Drip-ready irrigation class covering lines, emitters, micro-sprayers, equipment, and watering schedules
  • Garden Crew specialty native seed blend

Lawn-flip add-ons

Priced per square foot unless marked custom.

For an approved, qualifying project, the Utah Water Savers rebate may offset Garden Crew’s base conversion rate.
